Crochet de suspension

Niort (79) - Musée du Donjon

Collection Musée Bernard d’Agesci©NiortAgglo

The ring of suspension is formed by the folding of the stem. The interpretation as a butcher's hook is justified by the relatively wide opening of the hook and by its ending in a point which induces a piercing of the object to be suspended.
