The wooden scabbard is present. It was covered with leather, of which only a few fragments are preserved near the gutters and the bolt. Traces of fur are visible under the layer of wood. The bouterolle is made of thin silver plate (approx. 0.2 mm), with a riveted fret and gutter. It is worn at its distal end.
